The AdWise Global website (this site) is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of its content without written permission. Sharing links and short quotations is encouraged.

The site content, brand marks, photography, illustrations, code, and underlying systems are the property of AdWise Global or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content. Nothing on this site transfers any other rights.

Inside a paid engagement, assets we create on your behalf — campaigns, landing pages, CRM workflows, copy, designs — are owned by you upon payment, per the terms of your engagement agreement. This site's general intellectual property terms do not override that.

Paid engagements with AdWise Global are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement covers scope, fees, deliverables, asset ownership, confidentiality, and termination. In case of any conflict between these site terms and your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement governs.

Site content is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Decisions you make based on site content are your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWise Global and its principals are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Engagement-specific liability is governed by your engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if that fails, in the courts having jurisdiction over the AdWise Global place of business.

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes are announced via email to anyone with an active engagement with us.
