Privacy policy

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, company, budget range, and message you provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you visit our website, our analytics provider records anonymized session data — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region.

We do not buy lists, scrape inboxes, or use behavioral fingerprinting.

Inquiry data is used to reply to your inquiry. Newsletter emails are used to send the newsletter. Analytics is used to understand which content people find useful so we can write more of what works.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as the relationship is active, plus three years thereafter for client-history purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form indefinitely.

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us at privacy@adwiseglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively. All requests under those frameworks are routed through the same email.

We use first-party analytics that does not require a consent banner (no cross-site tracking, no third-party identifiers). If we ever add marketing pixels or third-party trackers, we will surface a consent banner before they fire.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes are announced via email to anyone with an active engagement with us.
